How can I register my overseas trip?
You can register your trip online through your Smartraveller account. If you don't yet have an account, you can create one.
I registered my trip on or after 2 June 2016 and need to make changes
Please sign in to your Smartraveller account to change or delete your trip.
I registered my trip before 2 June 2016 and need to make changes
If you wish to change your destinations or add a new traveller, you will need to create a Smartraveller account and submit a new trip registration containing the new details.
For minor changes to trip registrations made before 2 June, such as change of a hotel, please contact us and we can make the changes for you.
I can't see my trips in my new Smartraveller account. Do I need to re-enter them?
All trip registrations made before 2 June are recorded and held in our database. For your security, trips registered before 2 June are not visible in your account, however the details are still in our system and you do not need to re-enter them.
