How can I reset my password?
- Visit the
Smartraveller account sign in page.
- Click the link
Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and click
Submit. An email will be sent to you.
- Check your email. Click the reset password link in the email.
- The link in the email will take you to a web page where you can set a new password. Your password must be at least 7 characters long and must include at least one number and one symbol Such as ! @ # $ % etc.
- Once you have reset your password, you can sign in to your account using your new password and create or make changes to your trips or subscription settings.
