​​How can I reset my password?

  1. Visit the Smartraveller account sign in page.
  2. Click the link Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Submit. An email will be sent to you.
  4. Check your email. Click the reset password link in the email.
  5. The link in the email will take you to a web page where you can set a new password. Your password must be at least 7 characters long and must include at least one number and one symbol Such as ! @ # $ % etc.
  6. Once you have reset your password, you can sign in to your account using your new password and create or make changes to your trips or subscription settings.​
